Nicki Gillis and her band present Carole King's Tapestry the Concert, a new two-hour stage show, where she performs this quintessential album live on stage.

In addition to the album performance, there is a 45-minute mini-concert of Songs Carole King Gave Away where the band and backing singers perform many of the hit songs written by Carole King but performed by other artistes such as The Four Tops, The Drifters, The Monkees, The Temptations, Kylie Minogue and countless other stars.

Come and listen to such favourites as Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow, It’s Too Late Now, You Make Me Feel Like a Natural Woman, I Feel The Earth Move, I’m Into Something Good, You’ve Got a Friend and the ever popular Locomotion… plus a host of other great, great hits.

Nicki Gillis is one of Australia’s most amazing entertainers. A singer, dancer, radio announcer and television presenter who exudes such positive energy you can’t help but be mesmerized by her presence on stage and off.

Born in Western Australia, Nicki took to the stage at six years old and has never looked back. From parties and talent quests she evolved through a variety of solo, duo and band experiences to eventually outgrow the opportunities in her home state. In 2004 she moved to Sydney where she took to the club and festival circuit like a fish to water. In high demand across all venues she quickly built a reputation as one of the nicest and hardest working entertainers in Australia.

During this period also won three major awards in the entertainment industry: The Gympie Muster Talent Search, the Frank Ifield International Spur Award and the Australian Entertainment Industry “Mo” Award.

Nicki has toured the UK each year since 2009 and built a strong and loyal following in the club and theatre circuit. She has also been the female lead and co-producer of three successful stage shows in Australia, “When Aussies Ruled Britannia” (Starring Frank Ifield and Keith Potger), “Frank Ifield Remembers” and “Ladies Rock – A History of Women’s Rock Music”.
