Celebrate Beethoven’s 250th anniversary year with some of the country’s
finest musicians and what are widely considered to be some of the greatest works in the wind repertoire. It was Beethoven’s Quintet that
inspired Louise Farrenc to write her Sextet. A brilliant 19th century composer, she is now starting to achieve the recognition her outstanding music deserves.
