Blending suave tones with natural charm and sophistication, Gabrielle Ducomble embarks on her fourth live tour, presenting a programme of French chanson, modern jazz, Brazilian choros and tango.
Original songs from her new self-penned album are interspersed with Gabrielle’s own unique take on tunes by Piaf, Brel, Legrand, Piazolla and other classics. Performed with an authentic band including violin and guitar, the show takes the listener on a mesmerising journey of discovery and delight, from passion to serenity.
Join Gabrielle and her band for an afternoon that celebrates the classic French chanson with contemporary style, artistry and joie de vivre.
The line-up features Gabrielle Ducomble (vocals), Nicolas Meier (guitar), Richard Jones (violin) and Nick Kacal (bass).
The Stables will be opening its doors from 11am, so before each concert you can enjoy a cup of coffee and a hot bacon roll, along with a full bar and snack bar service – the Sunday papers will be available too!
