Screaming Blue Murder Comedy Club

Join us for our first live Screaming Blue Murder Comedy Club performance since March! Tickets Now on Sale.

Restrictions on indoor, live performances have recently been eased and venues around the UK are now beginning to re-open their doors once again... including ourselves - and we're delighted to be able to present a Screaming Blue Murder Comedy evening on 21 October.

Please follow this link to read about the planning that has taken place to ensure we can provide a safe environment for all our customers, staff and artists.

We will be relocating this Comedy Club evening from Stage 2 (where it was originally scheduled to take place) to the Jim Marshall Auditorium to ensure that audience groupings can be socially distanced.

We have a limited amount of seats available for the performance. For now, please just book the number of seats you require by following the booking link above.  You will be allocated specific seat numbers in advance of the evening - we will be in contact with customers with details of these, as well as further information regarding how the event will run.

For any enquiries, please email The Stables box office at

We look forward to welcoming you back to The Stables!

Compere Andrew Bird introduces Sally-Anne Hayward and Joey Page

Sally-Anne Hayward is a charming and popular performer with a winning brand of autobiographical humour. She always manages to endear herself to any audience by taking them on a journey through her slightly eccentric world, including insights into the female psyche and her compulsion to send off spoof job applications. Currently performing at major venues up and down the country and regular compere at Jesters Comedy Club in Bristol.

"Hayward is a bubbly stream of comedy anecdotes…a delightfully chatty act…an immensely likeable stage manner." Chortle on line review

"Small time country posh life versus young lady breaking into the stand-up circuit. Fabulous." BBC London Live

"This comedienne has developed a sharp, incisive style, making her a delight to watch…Has been singled out as a star for the future." Roar with Laughter on line review

Joey Page has spent the last few years bouncing around the comedy circuit, supporting the likes of Josie Long and  Noel Fielding and appearing on shows such as BBC 3’s comedy marathon, Nevermind the Buzzcocks and Noel Fielding’s Luxury comedy.
