We realise there is a great deal of concern and uncertainty surrounding attendance at events at The Stables and other theatres and concert venues across the UK.
Due to the unprecedented conditions arising from the Coronavirus pandemic, The Stables is now closed to the public temporarily.
The Stables is also considering the longer-term implications for IF: Milton Keynes International Festival and will provide an update on this as soon as possible.
This is a very difficult time for the arts and entertainment sector, and we will endeavour to work through the challenges we face with the support of artists and customers.
We are working to reschedule events as quickly as possible and will be contacting ticket-holders directly by email with information regarding the status of individual shows. If events are cancelled and are not to be rescheduled, customers will be offered a refund for the value of the ticket. We are sorry that booking fees and charges which The Stables has to pay to third parties cannot be refunded.
As postponements are known details will also be posted on the website and our social media sites. Please do not call the box office for information which is not yet announced, as we need to prioritise our time contacting customers holding tickets for events in the next few weeks that have been postponed or cancelled. As a registered charity, and in common with other theatres and music venues, we are asking all customers to consider donating their ticket value back to The Stables charity so that together we can find a way for The Stables to survive the financial impact of these extraordinary events.
