February 2027 marks the 10th anniversary of Daria's award-winning album Long Lost Home and a life-changing journey of discovery to her grandmother's homeland of Ingushetia in the North Caucasus.
Together with the outstanding guitarist Dariush Kanani, Daria will perform intricate acoustic versions of the album's songs as well as brand new material and carefully chosen folk revival gems from the likes of Anne Briggs and Sandy Denny - songs that take you on a journey to Some Foreign Shore.
Dariush “captures the spirit of the great players like Bert Jansch and John Renbourn and makes it his own” (Gordon Giltrap) while Daria is “one of the finest voices on the present folk scene” (Mike Harding), compared to both Sandy Denny and Loreena McKennitt.
