British blues rock musician Keith Thompson, solo and with his band, has been consistently performing in mainland Europe now for 30+ years.

In 2019 Keith completed his twelfth album, Transcendence, to much critical acclaim in the music press. 

As well as performing blues /rock with the band, Keith has released three albums of a more acoustic nature and performed solo on many occasions prompting R2 magazine to state: "Thompson’s instrumental flair, high production standards and ability to create a distinctive feel with each song are his clear strengths".

Keith and the band have repeatedly toured in Switzerland, Austria, Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, USA & UK and appeared at several major festivals in Croatia including Baska International Guitar Festival, Umag and Kastav Blues Festivals.

Keith has shared the stage with, The Groundhogs, “Ten Years After”, “Paul Lamb and the Kingsnakes”, Jeremy Spencer (Fleetwood Mac), Mike D’Abo, Steve Winwood, Ruby Turner, Larry Burton, Dave Markee and Henry Spinetti (Eric Clapton Band and Tina Turner) Greg Ridley of Humble Pie, Robbie Blunt, (Robert Plant) Luther Grosvenor of Mott The Hoople, Gino Washington, and countless others.

Has worked on many projects as a session guitarist and written songs for several artists and musical projects including Songs of Promise produced by Sir George Martin.

Patsy Gamble, a regular member of Keith Thompson band, is a sax player with much critical acclaim. She has performed and recorded with many artists, including Steve Winwood, Mick Jagger, Paul Weller, Suggs and many others.

Ticket fee information

All ticket prices on this website are published inclusive of booking fees. For tickets up to and including £10, a fee of £1 per ticket will be charged. For tickets between £10.01 and £15, a fee of £1.50 per ticket will be charged. For tickets between £15.01 and £25, a fee of £2.50 per ticket will be charged. For tickets between £25.01 and £35, a fee of £3.50 per ticket will be charged. For tickets over £35, a fee of £4.50 per ticket will be charged.Should an event be cancelled, or rescheduled to a new date that you cannot attend, The Stables will refund the ticket price portion only of the amount originally paid.
