As part of her UK album release tour, singer-songwriter Tremaine Dawkins will be performing songs from her much-awaited new album 'Something About Love' with a live band. The album is a beautiful, eclectic fusion of jazz, soul and gospel music, centred around the theme of love and all its intricacies - heartfelt lyrics laid over soulful jazz-tinged melodies, guaranteed to uplift and inspire.
Her debut album 'But for the Grace of God' was released in 2016, which revealed Tremaine as 'one to watch'. In May 2020, her lover's rock single, ‘Talk to Me Pt.1’, was featured on BBC Introducing during her radio interview.
Tremaine's influences include Stevie Wonder, Alicia Keys, Marvin Gaye & Yebba, yet she still manages to carve out her own unique sound.
Her musical C.V. includes singing with disco legends Odyssey, singing with and directing the CK Gospel Choir and providing backing for Beverley Knight, Mica Paris & Peter Andre.
Tremaine's impressive vocal range, velvet tones, electrifying improvisations & audience interaction make for an exhilarating live show.
