Make My Music is a series of four, hands-on music workshops for young people aged 12–14. From DJ scratching and live beat-making to exploring instruments from around the world and writing original songs, each day offers a new way to explore and create music. No instrument or prior experience is needed - just curiosity and a love of sound.
These days are great for enthusiastic, young musicians who just haven’t had a chance to explore other musical experiences!

Young People’s Bursaries
We keep workshop costs as low as possible, but we know some young people may not be able to afford to attend because of their family circumstances. Our bursaries help support young people who need financial help to attend. To apply for a bursary follow this link, or for more information email education@stables.org.

Do you like your school music lessons but haven’t had much opportunity to make music outside of school? If you found out about these workshops through your school, talk to your music teacher about how the workshops might help you get even more into music-making.
